How often to you look at your phone?  If you are like most people, it is on average 96 times (once every ten minutes).  This is one of my favorite phone screen locks/backgrounds to put on your phone to help remind you to eat mindfully.  I want to share it with you.  Mindful eating is about LISTENING to your hunger.  Don’t tune it out, argue with it or ignore it.  Mindful eating is closely observing and honoring what you need.


1) Download this jpg to your phone’s photo/photo album.  Click her for one of my favorite phone lock screens.

2) In your settings, go to “new wallpaper” or backgrounds

3) Choose this image for your screensaver.

You will see this message & reminder to eat mindfully whenever you click on your phone!
