I created this Quick Tip series for the professionals looking to bring more mindfulness into their sessions with clients. Too often, a client comes in and says, "I need help with a diet. I just can't seem to lose weight." I have found through years of practice at the Cleveland Clinic that what will give clients long term success isn't a diet, but a mindfulness practice.
Below you will find eight video tips to share with your clients along with a done for you program you can use in a group coaching or book club setting.
