A Message from Susan
Welcome! I’m Dr. Susan Albers. I’m a psychologist at the Cleveland Clinic and New York Times Bestselling author of nine books on mindful eating.
Over the past two decades, I have discovered that people often know what to eat (fruits, veggies, healthy foods) but “how” to choose nourishing foods and stop emotional eating is much more difficult.
My mission is to give you practical, easy mindful eating tools, based on proven science, to help you have a peaceful, healthy relationship to food. Mindful eating can help rewire your brain to make healthy food choices, stop mindless eating, manage/lose weight and be happier with your body.
