I have several of Dr. Albers books and have found them extremely helpful. I like how each section in this book, Hanger Management is set up so that I can look for the section that addresses what challenges one i am currently dealing with. I also appreciate the areas addressing sugar for those of us that use sugar to soothe anxiety and or depression. I find Dr. Albers books offer practical tips that can be incorporated to replace mindless habits. - Christina
