I invite you to join me on a journey to cope more effectively with
stress and negative thinking.

It's true—the world is stressful. Stress is something we face each and every day!

What can reduce is that little inner critic that makes the whole situation worse. We CAN learn to deal with it—mindfully!

In my Inner Critic program, I'll talk you through how to cope with the nagging, critical, annoying inner thoughts that keep you stuck.

I WANT TO DITCH MY INNER CRITIC!

The NEW Inner Critic program was developed by Dr. Susan Albers, Mindful Eating "pioneer" and New York Times Best-Selling Author.

Stress

(it's a big word)

Have you found yourself with more stress than a year ago?

Chances are good the answer is "yes."

According to the American Psychological Association's Stress in America survey, 80% of Americans report that their stress level has increased or stayed the same over the past year.

Whether your stress is related to your job, family, personal life, or health, it can disrupt your sleep, eating habits, and even outlook on life, oftentimes for the worse.

Whether you are looking to alleviate a current bout of stress or simply continue your journey towards relaxation and calmness, the guided meditations and visualizations I offer in the Inner Critic program are designed to help.

15 Conversations!

Each of the 15 conversations focuses on a stress cue, a short phrase that you find yourself repeating out loud (or in your head) during particularly challenging times.

In the Inner Critic program, I share with you meditations, visualizations, or quotes to give you instant relief, as well as to help you towards resolving the external triggers that cause worry and anger.

As you grow more comfortable through the conversations, they also help you to grow, offering new ways to interpret and understand your own experiences.

In a world full of constant movement and internet updates, it can be difficult to find a little time to quiet down and let go of some of the pressures of daily life.

When I created the Inner Critic program, I intended to establish a program that would be a starting point for your relaxation practice to help you find peace and calm amid a hectic world.

How the Inner Critic program works?

Within the Inner Critic program there are 15 conversations.

I send one to you every other day. It's the same conversations I have with clients time and time again.

A few of the topics include
* I can't get anything done.
* I will never make it.
* I'm such a failure.
* I have to be perfect.
* I feel fat.

I send you an email every other day for a month, where I introduce a new conversation for you to ponder, work through, or maybe even journal for yourself.

The best part is I deliver each in an email, but you also have lifetime access to my membership site where all 15 are available to you starting on day one!

So if you like working through the emails as they come, you can, or you can visit the membership site and pick the topic that feels right to you for the day!

This is my way of offering you the same great work that I do with my clients in sessions daily.
