The NEW Inner Critic program was developed by Dr. Susan Albers, Mindful Eating "pioneer" and New York Times Best-Selling Author. 

In the Inner Critic program, I share with you a workbook and audio recordings of meditations, visualizations, or quotes to give you instant relief, as well as to help you towards resolving the external triggers that cause worry and anger. 

Each of the 15 conversations focuses on a stress cue, a short phrase that you find yourself repeating out loud (or in your head) during particularly challenging times. 

In a world full of constant movement and internet updates, it can be challenging to find a little time to quiet down and let go of some of the pressures of daily life.

When I created the Inner Critic program, I intended to establish a program that would be a starting point for your relaxation practice to help you find peace and calm amid a hectic world.

How the Inner Critic program works? 

Within the Inner Critic program there are 15 conversations.

I send one to you every other day. It's the same conversations I have with clients time and time again.

A few of the topics include
* I can't get anything done.
* I will never make it.
* I'm such a failure.
* I have to be perfect.
* I feel fat. 

In each email, I send you, I introduce a new conversation for you to ponder, work through, or maybe even journal for yourself.  


This is my way of offering you the same great work that I do with my clients in sessions daily.
